Sale Manager Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales force and customer service departments. Responsibilities include fulfillment of sales and revenue goals of the organization as well as delivery of world class customer service to our customers. Sales Manager will develop and implement a full range of activities including sales business plans, incentive compensation programs, forecasting of revenue and unit demands as well as provide motivation and positive moral support to department personnel. Additional responsibilities as a member of the management team include participation and assistance in the development of organizational strategies and goals.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing – Engineering degree a plus. Strong managerial, analytical, technical and communication skills. Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in product “engineered” sales; motor drive experience a plus Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and customer service staff management.
Marketing Manager
Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage all product and departmental marketing functions. Responsibilities include analyzing, evaluating and identifying appropriate markets and implementing effective strategies to increase the exposure of MicroMo products. Marketing manager will develop plans to fulfill the revenue growth goals of the organization and collaborate with the Faulhaber Group to develop consistent communication materials for product positioning and launches. Provide effective management of the marketing department staff through motivation, coaching and guidance. Additional responsibilities as a member of the management team include participation and assistance in the development of organizational strategies and goals.

Bachelors degree in Engineering- Marketing degree a plus. Strong managerial, analytical, technical and communication skills. Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in strategic and general product marketing in the technical arena. Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing staff management.
