Customization
The flexibility inherent in our on-site machining and assembly facilities, together with our versatile standard program, allows you, the customer, to choose from a wide spectrum of custom and semi-standard options. We currently support over 5000 special executions worldwide. These include special bearing systems and lubrication, special commutation and brush systems, special coil voltages, extended temperature range versions, custom lead wires connectors, and cabling, modified shaft configurations, thru-shafts, and hollow shafts and modified motor geometry. Motors and gearhead assemblies for autoclavable handpieces, operation in a vacuum, implantable devices, aerospace, down-hole drilling, industrial hygiene, semiconductor automation, environmental measurement, and a wide variety of other highly customized applications are available.
Our Products & Technologies
MICROMO specializes in the design, assembly and application of high precision, miniature DC drive systems, components, and controls. This includes everything from highly customized DC motion control systems to our versatile, standardized, off-the-shelf products. MICROMO maintains a 73,000sqft facility complete with state-of-the-art CNC machine shop, a class 100,000 clean room for manufacturing and value-added assembly, and analytical, product and R&D laboratories. Our applications engineering department provides full customer support for the specification, design and after sales support for all FAULHABER Group products.

We are ISO9001:2000 Certified and stand behind our product range, which includes only the world's highest quality miniature DC drive systems components and controls. All products go through rigorous incoming and outgoing inspections before we ship them to the customer. We have a fully capable testing lab and routinely perform special qualification and application specific testing for customers upon request.
