Incoming and Outgoing Testing

Incoming product is subjected to verification testing to insure proper function. Product is tested again after cleanroom assembly. Custom test boxes are maintained and calibrated in order to insure proper function of motors, gearheads, and encoders. Custom LabView programs can be created in order to test to a customer's specific requirements.

Our lab can create test platforms for production processes such as burn in processes. Specialized test boxes can be provided with deliver a quick and easy mean to test assemblies. Failure analysis can be conducted on any faulty product. Specialized testing fixtures and software programs (LabView) can be created in order to test for customer specified parameters.
